Art Diversity 2025
(Culture & Art Exchange Program of Artists from Asian Countries)
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION:
Foreign Delegates:
- Participation Fee – USD 1500 Paid to arth Art International ( Organizer)
OR
Two (2) Paintings of 24’’ x 36’’ (inches) will be donated to Arth Art International
(Organizer). - Art Camp – One Painting of Size 24’’ x 30’’ inches will be made by each delegate in the art
Camp. The painting will be given to Arth Art International (the organizer).
The organizer ( Arth Art International) will manage all the art materials required for the Art
Camp.
Note: All the Foreign Delegates will provide the Certificate of Authenticity of Donation
artworks as well as the Artwork made in the Art Camp. - Foreign Delegates will manage their Visa & Air Ticket (Returned).
- Arth Art International team (the organizer) will receive the Foreign Delegates at New Delhi
International Airport on arrival and drop them at the airport on the last day of Art Diversity2025. - The Accommodation ( Good Quality, at Par with 3- Star Hotel ), Transportation during 7 days
of the Culture & Art Exchange Program, Food, etc of all the Foreign Delegates would be
managed by Arth Art International ( the Organizer).
Note:
1. Seven (7) days Itinerary will be given to each participating Foreign Delegate in Art Diversity 2025.
2. Food would be customized or less spicy, continental, etc. Only chicken, Fish & eggs would be
provided in the Non-Veg meal.
Indian Delegates:
- Participation Fee – USD 800 Paid to Arth Art International ( Organizer), conversion rate on
the date of the payment.
OR
One (1) Paintings of 24’’ x 36’’ (inches) will be donated to Arth Art International
(Organizer). - Art Camp – One Painting of Size 24’’ x 30’’ inches will be made by each delegate in the art
Camp. The painting will be given to Arth Art International (the organizer).
The organizer ( Arth Art International) will manage all the art materials required for the Art
Camp.
Note: All the Indian Delegates will provide the Certificate of Authenticity of Donation
artworks as well as the Artwork made in the Art Camp. - Indian Delegates will manage their Air Ticket (Returned) to arrive at New Delhi Domestic
Airport, if they are from outside Delhi, or any other means to reach the given address of
accommodation for 7 days of the Culture & Art Exchange Program. - The Accommodation ( Good quality at Par with 3 Star Hotel ), Transportation during 7 days
of the Culture & Art Exchange Program, Food, etc of all the Indian Delegates would be
managed by Arth Art International ( the Organizer).
Note:
1. Even if any Indian Delegates would not be interested to stay in the given accommodation, they
would have to pay the participation Fee and to make one painting in the Art Camp as mentioned
above.
2. Seven (7) days of Itinerary will be given to each participating Indian Delegate in Art Diversity 2025.
